It is monitored but I'm not sure it is correctly notifying us
moderators when someone posts.
Peter, is it sending you emails when there are items in the queue? I
keep approving tickets assigned to you, which have been sat in the
queue for weeks. I'm assuming you are unaware of them so maybe
something is not set up right. Can it be set up to notify all
moderators for all tickets because this delay is a bit disheartening
for people who have taken the trouble to file a bug.
