Ok

Wasn't sure if libssh2 community would be interested in these sorts of
janitorial patches. I have a coverity license and it kicks out about 90
problems. I can only handle doing 2 or 3 at a time before I get bored,
so more should be coming over time :) Best way to coverity-ize a
project is slow with lots of breaks inbetween ;) I find coverity a bit
noisy, but it does improve code quality a bit.
