planning the mailing list move

Hey

I've setup a replacement mailing list for libssh2-devel on sourceforge, to
instead become libssh2-devel on cool.haxx.se

I don't want to forcibly subscribe anyone on this new list, so I'll instead
just ask interested people to subscribe to the new list while we keep the
existing one the one to use for another week.

Subscribe to the new list at:

         http://cool.haxx.se/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/libssh2-devel

I don't plan to kill the sourceforge one immediately after this week but I will
try to make it impossible to subscribe to it, and I will make an effort to make
everyone to find the new list instead. So you can very well all remain
subscribed to it, and hopefully mail will just cease coming from it.

There is currently 125 listed subscribers of libssh2-devel.

There are also two other lists created for libssh2 on sourceforge, called
libssh2-cvs and libssh2-cvs-doc. The libssh2-cvs has been used for commit mails
from CVS, and since we switched to git we have no such thing. I would like to
see them get back to life again, but then to a separate new list I'll create as
well. libssh2-cvs-doc has not been used since January 2005 and I don't think we
need it. I've hidden both these latter ones now.
