I haven't specifically tried it with libssh2, but I know you need to
send a specific SSH command. It's called "window-change", and it's
documented at http://www.snailbook.com/docs/connection.txt , section
6.7. I'm guessing that after you've created your PTY, you'd send the
request using libssh2_channel_write().
