Summary: #define missing on machines with select() Version 0.14

Initial Comment:
The "configure script does not generate the HAVE_SELECT definition on machines with select. This does not cause a problem with the compile process or sending of data. If does however make is so libssh2_poll always retuns that there are no fds of interest. I manually editied the libssh2_config.h files and added the definition just before the commented out #undef HAVE_SELECT to fix the issue.

I would like to thank you for the code and so far is works well with my program that is using non-SSH sockets and Unix Domain Protocol along with the SSH.
