I was planning on setting up an automated conversion of the man pages to HTML
and offer them online - as I believe in having the source for the docs being
in the actual source tree in CVS.
Since I don't personally have any access to libssh2.org or anything, I'm not
sure yet where or how I'll host those pages. And once those pages come up, we
should rather remove the old wiki pages or possibly redirect them to the new
ones or similar.
