[libssh2] blocking sockets problem

Just as a FYI, I've went over the bug reports on SF just now and noticed there
is an interesting problem with libssh2 when used on blocking sockets:

#1841442 identifies a case in libssh2_poll()

(this was also formerly reported in #1805718 but it seems to be basically the
same bug so I closed that one)
