[libssh2] authentification by key failled.... OPENSSL_Uplink(0050F020, 05): no OPENSSL_Applink

hello,

i am be able to scp and scp_write by password authentication. (under
windows)
if y try to use public key authentication, i can see :

OPENSSL_Uplink(0050F020,05): no OPENSSL_Applink

on my server have ssh, openssl installed and key authentication work
from and other linux workstation.

some one known, what's wrong ??
