This is getting off-topic for this list... For further curl details, consider
a curl mailing list.

Note that libssh2 is the name of the library. The latest version of it is
0.15. There is nothing called "2.0.15" in this project.

curl uses the libssh2 version you build it with, and it supports 0.14 (iirc)
up to the most recent libssh2 CVS version...
