[libssh2] LIBSSH2_ERROR_SOCKET_SEND with libssh2_channel_write()

We are seeing libssh2_channel_write() randomly stoping with a
LIBSSH2_ERROR_SOCKET_SEND only on our MS Windows version, not on our
linux version.

libssh2 was compiled with with VS2003 with SP1 or VC6 with service
pack 5 and processor pack 5.

Has anyone else seen this?
