[libssh2] daily snapshots

Hey

Since the libssh2 is currently developing and we're now fixing stuff that we
more or less will require when using libssh2 in other projects, I've decided
to produce daily snapshots of libssh2 to allow people who cannot get the code
from CVS to still be able to use a very recent source code.

I make new snapshots available early euro mornings at this URL:

   http://daniel.haxx.se/projects/libssh2/snapshots.html
